How I Can Help

Therapy that meets you where you are.

Whether you're carrying the weight of past trauma or simply feeling lost in the present, there is a path forward — and you don't have to find it alone.

Individual Counseling

One-on-one therapy sessions tailored entirely to you. We'll work at your pace, in a space that is safe, confidential, and free from judgment.

Together we'll explore what's beneath the surface — the patterns, the pain, the stories you've been carrying — and begin to gently loosen their grip. Healing isn't linear, and there's no pressure to have it all figured out before you begin.

What is EMDR?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps your brain process and release traumatic memories that have become "stuck."

When something traumatic happens, the memory can get stored in a way that keeps it feeling raw and present — even years later. EMDR uses gentle bilateral stimulation (like guided eye movements or tapping) to help your nervous system finally process what it couldn't at the time.

The result isn't forgetting — it's that the memory loses its charge. You can remember what happened without being overwhelmed by it.

Backed by research

EMDR is recognized by the World Health Organization, the American Psychiatric Association, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as an effective treatment for trauma and PTSD.

EMDR Therapy

A powerful, gentle approach to healing trauma — without having to talk through every detail of what happened.

Many clients are surprised by how much can shift with EMDR. It's not magic — it's your brain doing what it was always designed to do, with a little support. EMDR can be especially helpful when talk therapy alone hasn't been enough.

“The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need. He lets me rest in green meadows, he leads me beside peaceful streams...You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You honor me by anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings.”
